The Doug Ellis Sports Centre is a brand new £7m leisure facility featuring a fitness suite, sports hall, workout studio's and team changing facilities. In April 2010 there will also be the addition of an all weather pitch.
The centre opened on January 4th 2010 and caters for Birmingham City University students, Birmingham City University staff and the general public.
Birmingham City University has appointed Serco Leisure to be the managing agent for the facility.
