Workout Classes

Classes may include Body Combat, Body Pump, Spinning, Yoga and many more so there will be something to suit you!

Class Descriptions


Aerobics

A cardiovascular and toning workout session suitable for all levels. Includes a combination of moves for you to perform at your own pace through alternative high or low impact moves. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.

Body Combat

Combines moves and stances from a range of self defense disciplines (karate, boxing and tae kwon-do), into an energetic routine.

Body Pump

Weight training class set to music, using barbells and weights. It will tone and strengthen your entire body and increase your fat burning potential.

Circuits

All round programme including weights and cardiovascular workouts. Excellent for stamina building, fat burning and toning, circuits takes fitness to a higher level. An energetic and varied class.

GRITTM Strength

Builds strength and muscle. Uses barbells, plates and the bench to take training to the next level. Blasts all major muscle groups, leaving muscles shaped and toned.  Puts your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after the workout.  Stimulates the production of growth hormone which reduces fat and helps you develop lean muscle.

GRITTM Cardio

Burns fat and rapidly improves athletic capability. No equipment needed, this session combines high-impact body weight exercise with an explosive workout.  Get the double whammy of maximising your calorie burn within the workout, followed by burning fat for hours afterwards.  Cardio is scientifically proven to deliver fast results fast.

Core Stability

A stability ball and floor based class working your core muscles.  Working the core “powerhouse” is crucial to avoiding injury and sculpting strong, toned abdominals and back.

Step

The class involves doing choreographed exercise to music on a step platform. A great class for toning your legs and bum as well as blasting calories.

Studio Cycle

A group cycling class to music using varied speed, resistance and style. You will blast tons of calories in a short time but at your own speed.

Legs, Bums and Tums

The class involves doing choreographed exercise based on the thigh and stomach area. It will tone and shape your body.

GRITTM Plyo

Builds a powerful, agile, athletic body based on the principles of plyometrics, uses a bench to build power, increase speed and leg strength.  Power agility training transforms up to 40% more muscle fibre, producing a lean, athletic shape.
Increases muscular endurance, intensify your energy and increase your stamina for a competitive or sports event.
