Personal Training is more than a series of one-on-one sessions. At Doug Ellis Sports Centre, our qualified and dedicated exercise professionals treat every client as a unique individual and will create an innovative personal plan for each person they train, helping them to achieve their goals and realise their full potential.

Our trainers have comprehensive knowledge of weight management, strength and conditioning, health and exercise referrals and medical conditions, our in-house team of trainers are ideally suited to help you stay motivated and achieve your health and fitness goals.

You'll receive expert one-to-one instruction along with ongoing support, feedback and progress reports.
